This may be the most delicious thing I have ever made! I am excited:) I chickened out and seared the meat just a little so it’s still tender. Thanks for the input on that. Next time I’ll talk to my butcher and let her know what I’m doing so she can help me pick out the cut of meat.
Shirataki noodles smell NASTY when they come out of the bag. Had to rinse them quite a bit. All is well now:)
That looks SO good! I know that pho is made by putting the raw meat in the hot broth. I’m quite the weirdo though, I would just eat beef raw if I could get some fresh enough. And I agree on those noodles! They smell like fish! Taste good though.
